Keto Meal Plan for Week Seven

In keto week seven, I continue with a lean keto approach and increasingly intuitive eating. Rather than making many new decisions every day, I keep the framework simple and familiar.

Breakfast and dinner remain my core recipes, which I can repeat easily, while lunches provide just enough variety: lean beef, chicken, Alaska pollock and salmon with plenty of low-carbohydrate vegetables. This means fewer decisions, more calm and enough flexibility to adjust portions or additions to my actual hunger and wellbeing.

This week, I replaced my usual smoked salmon at breakfast with wild smoked salmon. Wild salmon is often leaner and may therefore contain slightly fewer calories, while its deeper red-orange colour is associated with the species and carotenoids, particularly astaxanthin, from its natural diet. I still check the label of each product, especially its energy and salt content.

“When my core meals are simple and familiar, it is easier to notice hunger, fullness and what genuinely suits me on a particular day.”
Important note on energy values: the daily totals include morning hydration, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bone broth, coffee or tea with almond milk, and additional fermented cabbage are not included because I consume them according to appetite and quantity.
