Method

    Heat the oven to 200°C. Pat the salmon dry, season and place in a baking dish.

    Bake for 12–15 minutes, until the centre flakes easily with a fork.

    Boil or steam the cauliflower until completely tender.

    Drain, add the butter and blend or mash until smooth.

    Serve the salmon over the cauliflower mash and finish with black sesame and dill.
