Keto Meal Plan for Week Six

In the sixth keto week, I continue with a lean keto approach, but the meal plan is no longer completely fixed in advance. I adjust it as I go, according to my appetite, how I feel and what I genuinely want to eat on a given day.

This is my next step towards more intuitive eating: the framework remains clear — ~1,200–1,300 kcal per day, two red-meat lunches, fish at least twice a week, the remaining lunches mainly based on chicken, plenty of seasonal vegetables and little unnecessary added fat.

“For me, intuitive eating does not mean eating without structure. It means having a clear framework within which I am learning again to listen to what my body is actually telling me.”
Important note on energy values: daily totals include morning hydration, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Bone broth, coffee or tea with almond milk and any additional fermented cabbage are not included because I consume them according to appetite and quantity.
